I've just seen this challenge! For the past two weeks I've curbed my late night snacking and have started intermittent fasting two days a week. I do feel better, but it was hard at first. I think my snacking is definitely a habit. Now my problem is I snack more after work. Am trying to have a better lunch to combat this
