Eat below my fat macro today. I've been under calories but my fat percentage has been off the charts. Be productive at work and enjoy my massage this evening.

Way to go! That's a huge NSV to go to the gym much less rock it out when you are under the weather. That's awesome! I finished my gym routine for this week last night. I had planned to just do the exercise bike (rehabbing knee) and lift some light leg weights but someone was camped out at my main machine so I ended up…

Weights and exercise bike at the gym. Need to complete today to get my fitness credit at work since I won't be able to go to the gym after today until December.

I didn't buy the peanut butter last night. It went into my shopping cart but I took it out before reaching the register. #smallvictories

Thank you for sharing your story. About 3 years ago, I lost close to 100 lbs. I self sabatoged myself to gaining it back plus a few extra pounds shortly after I lost it and I did many of the things you listed above (thought it was okay to eat trigger foods, bingeing on trigger foods, not weighing or logging when I started…

Am wearing a new skirt that has hung in my closet for the past 3 years. It's a 14!

My plan for the next two days is to go to Zumba today and weight train tomorrow. I am super sore from my Body Pump class on Sunday so I need to push myself to keep going.

1. Clean eating( real food, nothing artificial or processed) 2. Exercising regularly with activities I like that are sustainable 3. Trying out new things so I don’t get bored-recipes, exercise classes 4. Avoiding sugar- cannot handle it. Finally came to terms with the fact that moderation with sugar does not work for me.…

Very inspiring @merph518! @gewel321 Awesome work with Zumba! I took my first Body Pump Class today and I did feel like I was gonna die but I made it! I plan on getting over the fear of my size on roller coasters in a few weeks. I’m still somewhat worried but should be able to fit. Just need to see that I can. Can’t wait to…

I'm eating what I want but no dessert. Can't handle it.

@conniewilkins56 I use to binge on sweets-especially cookies, cake, chocolate candy, etc. I have completely given up sugar (real and artificial) for over a year, but the urge for it has never left me. I am now bingeing on natural nut butters-peanut and almond. I was having an issue with PB so I just stop buying it. Then I…

Not to binge eat. This will be my goal every day because it has become a real problem.
-
Today, my goal is to stick to my eating plan and get in some type of exercise.

Must be something in the air. I'm having issues staying on track as well. We can do this! Just remember why you are doing it and what benefits you will get (health, fitness, peace of mind) from sticking with it. I want to lose 6lbs by the end of the year and it is not going to happen if I don't put in the time and effort.…

To stop overeating. Have really had an issue with this over the past couple of weeks.

Planning really helps me. I batch cook meals on Sundays so I have a good idea of what I will be eating. Sometimes I pre-log it, but not always. I can deviate if I get a lunch or dinner invite and have managed to do that without issue. I just check the menu before and decide before I get there about what I am going to eat.

I usually eat it with a banana. I've tried to get a spoonful of peanut butter then put up the jar. That works sometimes. Definitely sitting down with the jar of PB is not the answer. Too much temptation. I once had someone tell me that PB is so filling that it's the perfect snack because you won't overeat. I could sit down…

Don't beat yourself up over it. We all slip and we all fall into the trap of "I may as well eat what I wanted because I've already screwed up today..." and then continue to eat off book. It's all about how you recover from it. Get back on track today doing your normal routine. Don't "punish" or "undereat" because of what…

I'm having issues with overeating peanut butter. Because of health reasons I cannot have sugar (fake or real) in any form so natural peanut butter is really my one indulgence. I am working on eating it responsibly. I don't want to cut it out all together in that it does make me happy and I have been able to eat it…

I also just bought a new pair of jeans in a size smaller. Wearing them today! That and I was finally able to buy a pair of boots that weren't wide calf!

[quote I've spent so long covering my expanding width that I don't know what to do with my new curves and my fat brain doesn't always know it something's too tight or that's how it supposed to be.[/quote] This is exactly where I am in the clothes shopping arena! I feel like I need someone to go shopping with me to tell me…

I bought new clothes over the weekend. I was able to fit into large tops and 14/16 pants. I'm having issues with my mind catching up with my body. For the first time in a really long time I don't have to shop at a plus size store. This is great but I am also having a difficult time determining how things should fit. I…

For today it is Zumba. For tomorrow it is exercise back and leg weighs (rehabbing a knee).
-
1. Stick to eating plan 2. Go to Zumba 3. Be focused and productive at work 4. No after dinner eating
-
I'm doing it for my health and that's never been the main reason. Obesity health issues such as heart problems diabetes, etc., were just something that I may one day develop and now that I have NAFLD and osteoarthritis in my knee I know for certain that I don't want to develop any more issues. That for me has made the…

1. Stop bingeing on peanut butter 2. Be focused and productive at work 3. Continue to work on knee strengthening exercises

I've had weight issues my entire life. I have gained and lost hundreds of pounds. My eating finally caught up with me last year when I was diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, not to mention pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, high cholesterol, and osteoarthritis in my right knee. This has finally…

Long Term Goals: 1. Get to a healthy BMI 2. Reach 150 lbs 3. Reverse NAFLD 4. Lower my cholesterol to the normal range 5. Fix my sleep apnea 6. Strengthen my knee to alleviate OA pain 7. Run a 5K 8. Know that if I lose my luggage on a trip that I can walk into any store and replace my wardrobe 9. Not make decisions about…

The biggest issues are with space. I still get nervous when I sit in a booth that I won't fit or that I won't fit in a chair that is next to the wall in a restaurant. Same for passing people on the street or tucking up my chair in a restaurant to let a waiter pass. Apparently I made a wide berth for a woman to go around me…
