1. Planning ahead helps you to make good decisions and takes the guesswork out of what to eat. 2. Batch cooking/ having quick healthy meals or snacks on hand can help you to stay the course when you are otherwise too busy or stressed to cook. 3. Weight loss is not linear. There will be ups and downs, plateaus and setbacks,…

Go for a walk Do not order any food to be delivered

Sitting on my back porch in the sunshine. Taking a walk.

I have not binged in a week. It’s constantly on my mind but I’m powering through it. Now if I can just fix my sleep schedule...

I have been on a bender on and off over the last month. Getting groceries and food delivered to my house has been both a blessing and a curse in that I have been more willing to order things that I shouldn’t be eating and cannot control myself around. This past week I have finally started to feel more in control. I am…

Walking outside. It was a beautiful day!

@gewel321 Thank you for being on the front lines and all the personal sacrifices you are making to keep us safe. Take care of yourself!

1. Stay on plan 2. Lift weights 3. Don't binge
-
That happens to me as well. Not sure why we have these ultra-hangry days. Very frustrating when you have eaten good nutritious food all day in generous portions but the body just isn’t satisfied.
-
@bmeadows380 That is so awesome! Keep up the good work!

I can finally see my right collarbone without having to flex. Not the left, just the right. I keep touching it because it's such a novel experience for me.

1. Don't overeat 2. Zumba

To soak up as much sun as possible today. First sunny day we have had in eons and I need it so bad!

@conniewilkins56 It is hard to say. We are all different. I started out at 303 in October 2018 and was down 100 lbs by July 2019. I did not start exercising until February 2019 and at that point worked out maybe twice a week gradually building up from water aerobics and walking to zumba and lifting weights. It is very…

Today my goal is not to go overboard when I go out to dinner tonight.

[quote="Think how icky those chocolate bunnies and peeps taste!...buy you a couple of good chocolates and savor them![/quote] Unfortunately I can't eat any sugar or fake sugar products due to my liver so I really can't have it. I don't care about peeps but I do miss milk chocolate stuff. Especially milk chocolate eggs.

Easter candy is haunting me. Must resist!

I am so over the rain. It has rained and rained and rained in my area. We have a random day (typically during the week) with no rain but it's usually overcast. What I would give to have an entire sunny weekend. I don't care if its cold; I just need for it to be sunny!

Proud of you, bmeadows380! Hope this will be a great, new hobby.

Me and the peanut butter. One may suggest I just not buy it but I have had to give up so much to try to heal my liver that I'm hanging on to this one and am desperate to figure it out. I did manage to have the actual one serving of PB yesterday but it was a struggle not to go back. I find that when I am either stressed or…

I love brussel sprouts with bacon and apples. So very good! I am also a big fan of zoodles. Use them as spagehtti noodles, soup noodles, etc. So versatile. I am also enjoying omelets with veggies (spinach, red onion, zucchini, and a little mozzerella). So satisfying!

I use to give myself presents for reaching weight loss goals but I stopped. It was yet another form of deprivation for me that I just didn't need to do to myself. For me, it was like I was saying you are only worthy of these things if you can be thin enough. I had to stop. I didn't reward myself with food because the ones…

1. Stay on plan 2. Stay away from the peanut butter 3. Go to the gym

Yesterday, I got on my hands and knees and scrubbed my kitchen floor. I actually did it twice because I was trying to do a deep clean. Got up this morning and I’m not sore at all. That wouldn’t have happened a year ago.

I am so tired of the constant rain, especially on weekends. Ugh!

Valentine's can does not bother me but Easter candy is my kryptonite. I can't have it. At all. Or I will not stop eating it. I'm talking bags of those solid chocolate Cadbury eggs and Reese's eggs and malted milk eggs and Cadbury eggs, and on and on and on. Why did they have to start in January?
-
I doubled the amount of times I generally go to gym in January from 8 to 16. I also increased my weight lifting. I'll find out in a couple of weeks if it's paid off!
-
Massive binge today. So frustrated with myself!
