Although this is a hydration challenge thread, I wanted to post the changes I've been making and what I've noticed. 1. I do drink more water, usually around 96-112 oz a day, some is coffee, but 90% is pure water itself. 2. I have also changed out my plate that I eat on. Good Morning. Winter is on it's way here also. The warm fluids I like to drink when outside would be hot chocolate. I know it may not be the best for you, but I also do not drink it all the time. When inside, the warm drinks I like are coffee and tea.

Hi.. to be honest.. I'm not doing well.. I'm doing great with drinking water, but have not been good with eating. I am so beyond disappointed in myself. 😭😭

Hi . I just wanted to let you know that you can track your water intake on here. It's in the diary. You can track food, water and exercise. You can do this! Even the smallest of steps is another step towards your goal!

Hi everyone.. and Happy November! 264 lbs 5"7 Drank 64 oz water. I don't feel today was a very good day for my drinking. I drank over 96 oz of water the other day, and I had felt great the next morning. I need to be more aware of how much I am drinking.

Wow! You've done an amazing job with your injury. I also have an injury and Dr said no exercise for a long night time.. then when I thought all was going to be good, I injured my other foot.
