@MmeZeeZee I love beans but like you said every recipe I know of calls for adding bad ingredients. I definitely believe you beans are healthy alone, but I no idea how anyone could eat that. And yes my friends live off retried beans. Not a joke, actually kind of disgusting. I’ll look for recipes and thanks.

For me it’s planning and having my meals prepared ahead of time. Cooking off large amounts of meat and carbs separating them into portions and freezing them. It makes everything else easy. Lifting, I’m almost always motivated. On the days I’m not I learned I just have to get started. Maybe go a bit lighter to maintain and…

Also, don’t be so fixated on weight, muscle weighs 9 times more than fat. So by losing body fat and gain muscle the scale may not show a difference but it will be noticeable. Best way to measure is a body fat tests and the old measuring tape. Good Luck!

Try searching letgo for used fitness equipment. You can often find it cheap or even free.

Mix any good quality vanilla protein powder with Berry Gatorade. The red one

It’s better than shoving fried chicken and Wendy’s down your throat and usually with weight gainers you get what you pay for. I don’t need em now so I don’t know the brand names but I’m sure with a little research you can find a decent one. It’s the fastest and easiest way to add calories for someone who don’t like to eat…

Mine been doing that for the last 30 years, never had a serious problem develop from it though. I still can’t get over that, “Oh that can’t be good” feeling every time it happens.

Dont focus so much in the weight you’re lifting. Pay more attention to how hard you squeeze and contract the muscle being worked And every now and then go heavy. I’ve seen max gains doing this.

I have 2 recommendations try squating with a bench go down till your rear barely hits the bench or if you have to sit then up. Gives you a bit of security also I recommend sissy squats simply hold on to something and squat letting your arms assist you as needed. Don’t worry about using weight I have had some of my best leg…

After 30 years besides my BCAA’s I gave up on supplements some work but the results are temporary. Less is best.

The lazy mans stretch. Sissy squats about 30 reps 5 sets a day. It will allow you to concentrate on maximum isolation contraction and flexibility of the muscle under a controlled movement to avoid injury. No yoga needed. Leg will thank you.

The best program is the one you do.

I think that’s realistic for 6 weeks. Looks like he started eating good and lifting.
-
In my experience putting on muscle will make you sweat more like a mad man.
-
Repeated heavy lifting over long periods of time will do that. Just a reminder; Don’t focus on the amount of weight you lift but the isolation and contraction of the muscles being worked. I been there myself. Yes it has been ruff on the ego but I learned to lift lighter while isolating and contracting the muscle being…

Stop by GNC or your local health food store and pick up a weight gainer supplement to add to your diet. If you are not a big eater 1 or 2 a day will do its healthier and easier than taking in extra calories from unhealthy foods. You are so lucky, I can add 10 lbs in one meal.
-
If you’re not big on eating in the morning you can always stop by GNC or your local nutrition store and get a weight gainer product. I wish I had your problems.

@MmeZeeZee beans do have some protein but at a cost they’re very high in fat and as I can tell by looking at too many of my Mexican friends my age and up they are not the smartest choice in the long run. On the lighter side as my part of my agreement with the US Government in order to stop 90% of C02 emissions I put off…

To reduce my egg cholesterol and satisfy my love for eggs. I usually use one egg yolk and 3-5 egg whites with a little milk. I love the yolks but they have all the bad stuff. Good luck!
