Got my first Covid Vaccine shot on Friday - Pfizer - So far feeling fine. second is scheduled for 3/3 I can hardly wait until everyone has the vaccine so we can get "back to normal" and fewer people will be getting sick and going in the hospitals.

@sleepymom5 Yes my last scan was in January and showed another 50% reduction in the size of the tumor so total down about 80%. My he,t treatment is in two weeks then I that no another scan a couple weeks later I am still feeling great but have more joint pain.

This morning the scale says 160.7 so I'll take the 161.? from yesterday as my weigh on for the week. It means I'm on the right track for the next week. I have been close to my goal for protein this week and plan to stick with that as I think it has helped.

I joined silver sneakers two weeks ago and have been doing online exercise classes twice a week, mostly for balance and stability. Not enough energy used to help me lose 2 pounds any way. I will keep it up and may even try a few more strenuous classes.

Got more good news from the doctor today. My tumor has shrunk anther 50% so it is about1/4 the size I started with! Yay!!!!! Plan for now is two more infusions with Keytruda then check again. I'm doing OK with weight loss this week, down 1/2 pound and that's a good thing. Still eating too many cookies but trying to balance…

I did my second beginners yoga class with silver sneakers online today. I really should stick with it to improve balance! But I have joint pain - a side effect from the Keytruda I think that started just before the last dose - which doesn't help when I exercise. I joined Silver Sneakers yesterday and have a yoga class scheduled for today and again Tuesday. The only exercise classes I have done before were water aerobics. I am a bit leery of this because my balance is always off, but yoga is supposed to help with balance. I can only hope it helps.

I made some soup/stew with some of the ham left yesterday. Boiled the ham bone with carrots and onions then threw in some rice and spices. Had some for an afternoon snack today -- tasted good. So more salty food but I will eat less of the sweets. We saw the new Wonder Woman movie at noon today, good sow.
