I've been dealing with hypothyroidism for years now at first I was hyper with a goiter then went through radioactive iodine treatment to shrink/destroy my thyroid which then put me in hypo and now take a pill every day , and it can be a struggle and frustrating at times.

Yesterday for some reason my community on the app kept saying it was unavailable but I did stay calorie/tracking/exercise Weekly global challenge did I exercise more then then the day before no got in yoga then spent most of the day trying bridesmaid dresses on unless u count that as a workout lol
