Meet with a trainer today at YMCA!! One set on each machine just to get to know the machines, warm up on the recumbent bike for 5 min
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, one hour with the trainer at the Y
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Did I drink at least 8 glasses of water today? Yes, 9 glasses
Did I park farther out in the parking lots? Yes, parked out far at YMCA and church
Did I focus on lowering my sugar intake? Working on it, 51 grams today, in the green on the diary!
I don't know if you noticed or not but our team lost less than 10 pounds this past week. Who is with me in making that a bigger number this week? Let's do this, team!! 🏋️♀️ Let's do what it takes to bring it!!6 -

I can totally relate when you say that your mental health is better when you eat right and exercise. I find that when I overeat, eat the wrong foods and not workout my anxiety hits hard. You would think I would learn my lesson and not do that anymore 🙄

I'm super late, was due in yesterday. My weight is from yesterday morning, but I didn't get a chance to come put it here.
I'm not surprised that my weight has gone up, again. I'm sick, my two kids are sick, my husband is sick... It's been a week of quick and easy (and not healthy) meals. I'm pretty disappointed though, I really wanted to get into the 180's and stay there this month.5 -
Exercised? No. Am feeling a bit unwell so didn't want to push it.

I had to weigh myself 4 times and then again on a different scale. Then again, when I got to work. Couldn’t believe it but It’s definitely accurate. 😁. Motivates me to keep going. What I added was more walking and keeping better track of what i eat. Instead of 30 minutes of walking, I’ve increased an hour daily with a little jogging.

I forgot to add I drastically upped my water intake to a gallon a day. Yes it’s more bathroom breaks but it’s worth it. 😀3

This is after a week of the worst stomach bug. I pretty well didn't eat anything all week. 4 lbs is a lot and I'm hoping to maintain as much of that loss as I can, but that may not happen. Don't let me be a round winner if that's the biggest loss. It's not fair when everyone else has been working so hard this week.6 -

@SuzanneElizabeth16, that is a good loss but I am so sorry you've had the bug. A loss is a loss, babe, so it counts! Keep drinking that water to stay hydrated.
@tuddy315, so hard when eating is out is the only choice. I hope you have a better week coming! Drink that water!
