    I can totally relate when you say that your mental health is better when you eat right and exercise. I find that when I overeat, eat the wrong foods and not workout my anxiety hits hard. You would think I would learn my lesson and not do that anymore 🙄

    LOL I KNOW! I have been maintaining my weight for 20 years and still BACKSLIDE WTH?! Human, all too human...

    Meet with a trainer today at YMCA!! One set on each machine just to get to know the machines, warm up on the recumbent bike for 5 min
    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, one hour with the trainer at the Y
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
    Did I drink at least 8 glasses of water today? Yes, 9 glasses
    Did I park farther out in the parking lots? Yes, parked out far at YMCA and church
    Did I focus on lowering my sugar intake? Working on it, 51 grams today, in the green on the diary!

    I don't know if you noticed or not but our team lost less than 10 pounds this past week. Who is with me in making that a bigger number this week? Let's do this, team!! 🏋️‍♀️ Let's do what it takes to bring it!! <3

    i'm so in, I want that 80 pound mark

    Getting my food in line more (definitely no more pasta 😭) and kicking up my distance on running. Trying for 2 miles in the morning instead of 1. Gotta get my speed up too 🏃🏻‍♀️💪🏼

    I forgot to add I drastically upped my water intake to a gallon a day. Yes it’s more bathroom breaks but it’s worth it. 😀
