Did I drink at least 8 glasses of water today? Yes, 9 glasses
Did I park farther out in the parking lots? Park out far at work and at the gym
Did I focus on lowering my sugar intake? Yes, 36 grams of sugar today2 -

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - had a sweetooth today but managed to stay within budget
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes - even with the sweets
Did I drink at least 8 glasses of water today? Yes - 16 glasses2 -
My GP was happy with my weight today because I have maintained for 3 months, so I am happy. Its hard being on medicine that makes it very hard to lose weight. But I will get there5

I wasn't tracking this week. I want to believe that I can watch my food intake but it seems I'm still working on that. However I've been doing Insanity Max 30 for 6 weeks straight for 5 days every weeks so I'm proud of that hard work. Maybe its muscle gain?? 💪💪2 -

It's Friday... I tend to overindulge, starting with Friday night... and carries over through the weekend, I need to work on this. Especially since my official weigh-in is on Mondays!2

You will never imagine how much I gained after canadian Thanksgiving , last weekend +3lb.I was so frustrated. But I fighted back . Every day IF brings me to +0.5 for today's weigh in .

I was making effort to lose 2 pounds this week but I am very sorry for this 1 lbs gain.I am trying my best.My pain is under control that is not traveling in the leg.Taking 2 medications for pain; one of them makes me very sleepy these days.Also other than the past month, last two and a half months I was bed ridden.My parents loved me so much.That time my bones were broken unable to roll over and cough.I have survived.Now can’t walk much but improving.Make 7 out of 10 healthy choices.Always thinking about weight loss.; morning to end.

i tried really hard this week, 6 days working out, 1500 calories or under, deficit of 600+ some days 900, but no scale movement 🤷🏽♀️. i’m not complaining i’m just saying WOW, stubborn weight that all. now on to week 4 to try to reach my monthly goal.3

I’m the same way but slowly but surely I’m getting better. For instance, I had pizza yesterday which I haven’t had in maybe close to a year. So this morning I got up and did 37 minutes on the treadmill. I’m gonna hop back on this evening complete my 60 minutes and I might do more. 🤷🏽♀️ Lol2 -
So Team, after speaking with friends and family, including my doctor I’m going to do a 10 day green smoothie cleanse. I’ve got books on it and am continuously educating myself about it and so I’m excited to begin on Monday. It’s gonna be rough, I know but I’m up for the challenge. I have a few friends doing it with me so the support will definitively help. Wish me luck!!! 😁9
