    @BonnieHosk85 I'm going to be a couple of days late posting my weight. I'm super sick, my asthma is kicking my butt, I'm so full of fluids my weight is going to be stupid, and I'd like to wait a day or two before getting on the scales.

    Good morning! Thank you to those who participated in last week’s mini-challenge. Did you try to lower or remove sugar from your diet? This week’s challenge is to get 7-8 hours of sleep four out of seven days. Sleep deprivation disrupts your metabolism, causes you to overeat and leads to sugar cravings. Catch some zzz’s


    I have a Fitbit and use it for everything. Last night I crashed at 9:30. Got 7.1 hours of sleep! That hasnt happened in a long time unless I was either sick or alcoholic beverages were consumed the night before lol

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, exercise at the Y, 30 minutes elliptical and 5 minutes rowing machine
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
    Did I drink at least 8 glasses of water today? Yes, 9 cups
    Did I park farther out in the parking lots? Yes, parked out far at the Y (got caught in a downpour on the way out :smile:), at the tag renewal office, work, and the driver's license office
    Did I focus on lowering my sugar intake? Yes, had 5 Dove candies but still under my sugar grams with only 37 today
    Did I get 7-9 hours of sleep? Yes, 7 hours 45 minutes

    Not a big drop but I’ll take it. Day 2 of my green smoothie cleanse. It’s a bit rough but I’m sticking to it as best I can. My mini goal is to be out of the 260’s before the end of the month. Have a great day team!
