I’m the same way but slowly but surely I’m getting better. For instance, I had pizza yesterday which I haven’t had in maybe close to a year. So this morning I got up and did 37 minutes on the treadmill. I’m gonna hop back on this evening complete my 60 minutes and I might do more. 🤷🏽♀️ Lol2 -
So Team, after speaking with friends and family, including my doctor I’m going to do a 10 day green smoothie cleanse. I’ve got books on it and am continuously educating myself about it and so I’m excited to begin on Monday. It’s gonna be rough, I know but I’m up for the challenge. I have a few friends doing it with me so the support will definitively help. Wish me luck!!! 😁9

I have the same issue! It's Saturday so I'm halfway through the weekend. Let's make sure dinner tonight and Sunday are healthy!1 -
@Cspdb3, super loss!!
@matthewsfive, nice work!!
@kenyaa3, good luck. Keep us posted as you go along. Hope everything goes well for you.2 -
Good morning! Thank you to those who participated in last week’s mini-challenge. Did you try to lower or remove sugar from your diet? This week’s challenge is to get 7-8 hours of sleep four out of seven days. Sleep deprivation disrupts your metabolism, causes you to overeat and leads to sugar cravings. Catch some zzz’s to lose more pounds.
Today we’re looking for weigh-ins from:

I ran in a Tough Mudder yesterday. It was great, I am proud of myself, I can't wait to do it again but today every muscle I have hurts. I got in my twenty minutes at work or I don't think I would have gotten off of the couch. Seriously, it was so much fun and I recommended trying it if you have ever thought about it. The 5k was all about teamwork and overcoming mental obstacles (mud, mud, cold water, more mud) not pull-ups and super gymnastics.6
