i tried really hard this week, 6 days working out, 1500 calories or under, deficit of 600+ some days 900, but no scale movement 🤷🏽‍♀️. i’m not complaining i’m just saying WOW, stubborn weight that all. now on to week 4 to try to reach my monthly goal.

It's Friday... I tend to overindulge, starting with Friday night... and carries over through the weekend, I need to work on this. Especially since my official weigh-in is on Mondays!

I’m the same way but slowly but surely I’m getting better. For instance, I had pizza yesterday which I haven’t had in maybe close to a year. So this morning I got up and did 37 minutes on the treadmill. I’m gonna hop back on this evening complete my 60 minutes and I might do more. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Lol

I have the same issue! It's Saturday so I'm halfway through the weekend. Let's make sure dinner tonight and Sunday are healthy!

Good morning! Thank you to those who participated in last week’s mini-challenge. Did you try to lower or remove sugar from your diet? This week’s challenge is to get 7-8 hours of sleep four out of seven days. Sleep deprivation disrupts your metabolism, causes you to overeat and leads to sugar cravings. Catch some zzz’s to lose more pounds.

Today we’re looking for weigh-ins from:

Yes I have removed cane sugar from my diet & my children's this last week :)(though hubby has requested icecream again so it will be back in the childrens diet). ive woken up for my daughter during the week (?hunger ?heat) but she slept through last night!
