I turned 40 this week! Celebrated with treats, wine, cake and ice cream. And it was glorious! Now, back to normal. Happy Weekend!4 -

I fell off the wagon so hard, I think I broke something - my MOJO 😢. But gonna try to get back to working out this week. It makes me feel strong when I'm in the zone... I just need to get back there and get the feeling again 👍

Can I just say that I WISH I could be 170 right now. I know it's disappointing to see the scale not budge, but have you noticed any inches lost or changes in how your clothes fit. That's the only thing saving me from insanity of seeing 177 on the scale every week! My 12 pants are loose and I can barely squeeze into a 10 so I know progress is happening. Wishing for the 160s for you!!2 -

I'm such a slow loser I'm not sure I'll make my goal but I have had two weeks of a downward trend, and for that I am thankful.
