    I turned 40 this week! Celebrated with treats, wine, cake and ice cream. And it was glorious! Now, back to normal. :) Happy Weekend!

    Not sure how I was able to maintain!
    I fell off the wagon so hard, I think I broke something - my MOJO 😢. But gonna try to get back to working out this week. It makes me feel strong when I'm in the zone... I just need to get back there and get the feeling again 👍

    up .2, could have been much worse! Too many birthday & anniversary celebrations, and of course cake and adult beverages to go with!

    Vegas this coming weekend, I need to be really watch it this week!

    Can I just say that I WISH I could be 170 right now. I know it's disappointing to see the scale not budge, but have you noticed any inches lost or changes in how your clothes fit. That's the only thing saving me from insanity of seeing 177 on the scale every week! My 12 pants are loose and I can barely squeeze into a 10 so I know progress is happening. Wishing for the 160s for you!!

    I’ve been on vacation all week so a little scared to see the impact. I’ll have to put up my current stats for week 2 tomorrow as we won’t be back till late tonight/tomorrow morning.

    @Cspdb3, we don't have a week 1 weigh-in for you? Do you have that or were you gone for that weigh in as well? If so we can slide your starting weight for week 1 for you.

    Good morning! Thank you to those who participated in last week’s mini-challenge. Did you make it seven days with 8 glasses or more of water each day?

    This week’s challenge is to lower or remove sugar from your diet. Sugar and high fructose corn syrup cause your liver to store fat more efficiently around your tummy. It’s highly addictive and interferes with your body’s ability to know when it’s full.

    Today we’re looking for weigh-ins from:

    At the beginning of this month, we asked what your goals were for October. We are almost half-way through the month today. The following team members responded with the personal goals they have for the month. Check-in and let us know how you're doing.

    Remember ...

    4zb7yxghpjtf.png

    @motis3678 - to end the month at or under 275.
    @allietuge - to get as close to the 150s as I can
    @crystalbarton31 - to get into the 180s and stay there consistently
    @audreypawdrey - 4 yoga classes a week
    @BB_1033 - at least a 10 lbs drop
    @shalvy2007 - watch sugar intake and increase my running.
    @tuddy315 - cut out sweets, to be in Onederland by Thanksgiving
    @cr00000 – to get to 169 by Oct 31
    @Keepingtrack1234 - to continue to make moderate choices with food and exercise twice during the workweek for 10 minutes
    @MayaVDM - to drop about 5 lbs
    @FatimaStartsAllOver - drop a minimum of 10lbs
    @Matthewsfive - to see a loss of 6 pounds
    @Tickie99 - to drop 5 lbs
    @MMMonk – to lose 8 pounds
    @bonniehosk85 - to hit 220 by October 31

    I'm such a slow loser I'm not sure I'll make my goal but I have had two weeks of a downward trend, and for that I am thankful.
