Set some obtainable short term goals and try hard to reach them. If you do, the long term results will be there.

I was able to squat 500 pounds 10 times, bench 225- 45 times and 400 12 times, clean and jerk 440, snatch 293 at a body weight of around 227. Wish I could just get back to 227 pounds

I will never allow myself to gain this much weight again.....if I lose it that is. Food is good but it is not worth the extra pounds

I would suggest buying a step tracker and walk alot when you can at work. I just got one 2 weeks ago and have been amazed how inactive I am when I am working in my office. Just takes motivation and will power. I have yoyoed for the past few years. Gotta stay active. I just bought a Samsung watch to track my steps. I did not know how inactive I was when I am in my office. It is motivating me to be active right now.

Mine is chocolate and cookie dough and cookies& cream ice cream. Its a bad time around here because my daughter went trick or treating and bought home alot of bite size candy.....And the holidays are coming up...I need willpower. If I cut the junk, I will be ok

I do the same thing too. I do well for a few days and the scales are nice. Then I will start snacking on junk.....
