  • I am doing it the last 7 years it’s a slow process don’t expect everything too soon do it for enjoyment and the results will follow I train 5-6 days a week and stay active throughout the day and eat a balanced diet My aim for this year is to get leaner and stronger Best of luck on your journey to a fitter healthier you x
  • I done it slowly and over a period of time that’s how I am so toned I didn’t jump in to loose an extreme amount of weight cause my whole body would have been saggy but I was very lucky it’s only my stomach everywhere else is toned
  • No I didn’t have any kind of surgery just workout 5 to 6 days a week and eat well I have some loose skin on my tummy but that’s it but I also had 3 children so I earned my stretch marks and skin but maybe one day I may get it removed
