    I done it slowly and over a period of time that’s how I am so toned I didn’t jump in to loose an extreme amount of weight cause my whole body would have been saggy but I was very lucky it’s only my stomach everywhere else is toned

    I am doing it the last 7 years it’s a slow process don’t expect everything too soon do it for enjoyment and the results will follow I train 5-6 days a week and stay active throughout the day and eat a balanced diet
    My aim for this year is to get leaner and stronger
