  • Thanks for the replies! Went to the gym this morning with my headband and while once again was the only one, but I figured I would look far worse drenched in sweat lol. Was definitely a more productive workout not having to wipe sweat off my face every 30 seconds!
  • Thank you so much for the replies, love the advice! Yesterday was the first day of not drinking in a while and I felt so much better this morning, in fact when I worked out I felt like I had more energy. Thanks for the support, it definitely helps to have others to relate to in my situation!
  • Thanks for the replies! I'm sure it's all in my head about people judging me, just need to focus on what I'm doing rather than worrying about other people. I definitely wipe everything down! I'll look into some of the more breathable workout clothes as well.
  • Thank you so much for the replies! I have a food scale but definitely don't use it as much as I should! Being honest about my intake is going to be really important for me, when I actually track everything I'm surprised by how much I actually eat, even when I think I'm doing well!
