Yea Im finding it expensive as well. The only thing Im worried about MFP is like I mentioned earlier is that it was becoming an obsession and if I went over on my sugar and protein which I did all the time with proper healthy food it was really upsetting and frustrating me. Thats why I stopped logging for a while.

I still have another 12 - 14 llbs to lose. I no I wasnt eating enough cals when I first joined MFP but did increase them and while I was doing slimming world I followed the plan exactly as everyone else did. I do spin class 3 days a week and do cardio and strength training 2 / 3 times a week.

I make mine the simple way. Boil a kettle of water then pour it into a large microwaveable bowl. Crack the eggs in and micro for 2-3 mins.

MIne also has become lighter with almost no cramps however I noticed that my cycle is becoming shorter as every month it seems to be coming earlier. Has that happened to anyone else.

Im 5'5 also and currently weigh 149 but was hoping to get to about 137 or so but I just dont know if I will ever get there as I get to 147 and then go back to 149. Yea im doing spin classes every other day and have also started the c25k so Im doing that and the cross trainer in between.

sorry just going back to my other post about not being able to eat the cals. If u look at my diary I have entered what I plan to eat and exercise today. U will see I have loads of cals to eat but Im over on protein and have just about to go over on sugar.

Thaks everyone dont feel as bad now. I do find it hard to eat cals without going over on something else. I will take measurements and see what happens and Im not getting on those scales in a hurry again.

Sorry just going back to my first post. I have had semi skimmed milk with weetabix and a slice of water melon so far today and I am already over my sugar allowance. What do I eat for snacks to keep hunger at bay.

JUst been reading these posts and am a bit confused. I to carry a lot of weight around my belly and would have a very sweet tooth which would lead to a lot of sweet cravings. If Im gonna try to cut back on sugar to try and stop these cravings am I needing to cut back on fruit as well.

I have a real obsession with the scales and could be on and off them up to 15 times a day. What the scale says predicts what mood I would be in and what I would eat the rest of the day. My husband was getting concerned the way it was sending me so he has removed the scales and hid them. Im not sure whether to weigh myself…

THanks for the advice. Im a bit confused though. Everyone is telling me to eat more but the pharmacy were i got thr meal replacements say that if i replace 2 meals with the shakes and eat one main meal then I will loss 2-3 lb a week. There is just so many different sorts of advice out there.
