You might notice I said “ I don’t think...” I’ve never heard of saving your daily calories and then using them up later ... why not have a monthly calorie goal? Our bodies do reset over night .. do whatever works for you ,boy this is such a friendly place 🙄

Gum , water , go for a walk . Not sure having chocolate helps , Plan ahead , if you’re not counting ? And not exercising? And you get cravings ...maybe you should count everyday ...

Dairy is the only food group that you can enjoy the fat free without them adding sugar ... try cottage cheese it’s very filling and high in protein . You can blend it up with a sugar free pudding mix for a fake cheese cake treat 😊

I’d try to stick with as natural a food as possible, rice a roni could be replaced with basmati rice , make a whole pot and freeze it i bags ... Mrs dash has good no salt herb mixes , Your body and taste will get used to the low sodium ... trust me 🌸

Start with protein and pick up 2-3 kinds you like , then carbs ... There are so many foods you can have in your freezer and throw together for a yummy meal. I love all the advise given , but the bottom line in my opinion is you have to choose to eat at home . You have to decide to plan meals on the weekends, and you have to ask yourself if being that busy is really giving you what you want out of life ..... And a crockpot is a lifesaver 🌸

I spent 8 months in bed , all my muscles got soft and my legs were so giggly ☹️. You have to understand that a healing body has to be given time to heal and stressing out won’t help 🌸I actually ate more protein during recovery which you’re supposed to do so your body heals. I’ll bet as soon as you’re 100% and active again…

@Bobble11 I get what you said , but you can target specific areas of your body with exercise ... also know that our bodies store fat at certain ages 😉in the thighs, arms and stomach areas .. I hate that I don’t really enjoy food like I used too and looking at my family I’ll have to watch my weight my whole stinkin life !!!

You could go see a physiotherapist, they can guide you to some stretches that won’t cause more injuries. It’s important that you still move and stretch even while injured . I wouldn’t mess with this by watching u tube videos 😊, you only get one body

Not me ! I get hyper and can’t sleep .I used to take the bus home at 1 am, I’d run my 2 blocks to my house because I'm scared of the dark ( really 🤔), I couldn’t sleep for an hour or two afterwards . I didn’t keep that job for very long ...

I like the information to a point , I want to enjoy my life but also have control over it. If you don’t take the time to review your stats and adjust as needed , you might be wasting your time 🌸 The posts about eating chips and cake and only counting calories makes me break out into a rash 🙄

Did you try steal cut oats? They are bigger pieces so it isn’t as mushy . Also add some brown sugar ( Splenda?) and berries. It has too many carbs for me so I drink a chocolate protein shake with berries in it , yummy 🌸

Both my daughters took 3-4 months to feel better, lots of symptoms and cramps . The dr told them to ride it out for 6 months. Feel better🌸

Pickles, baby carrots, gum, water with ice, frozen grapes , I’m a big fan of fat bombs ( I’m not a keto fan), I find the good fat is very satisfying. The lemon/creamcheese ones I have on the freezer are fantastic 😊

@shannondcameron6791 , that’s so frustrating! I’ve been in your shoes ☹️. I’d talk to your dr , maybe they can help. I took a pain killer for 6 months after surgery, I gained 20 pounds ...... I hope you find help 🌸

I think the chubby cheeks can make some look cute ,while the thin face can look fierce. Not on everyone , but I’ve seen some thin women that scare me because they look so boney..... we are are own worst critics and whoever created the mirror should be shot 🤔

It scares me because I feel like your hungry/full sensations can get messed up. If you’re only eating because the clock says it time .... that doesn’t sound like a good idea. Some fast and eat 1600 calories in four hours?? Is this not a slippery slope to amessed up body ? To each their own , i fast when I’m sleeping 😴

@sadiejoy4509 I think you’re doing great! A loss is a loss and yes being 30 means it could be a harder struggle then being 20. Doesn’t mean it can’t be done , it could just take more precise tracking. Keep going , great job 🌸

There’s no usually much real salad at the salad bar .... lots of calories though 🤔

Splenda give me headaches.. stevia I grow in my flowerbeds . Look for the packages of straight stevia it doesn’t raise your blood sugar and I like the taste .

I think planing is the key , I indulge in a chocolate fat bomb everyday ... just one! If I want salt ? I have pink sea salt ( so pretty), hormones can control your urges for sure .. you might want to talk to your dr because even a low dose birth control pill can help ... I feel for you sister ❤️❤️
