  • I log my “ bad days “ because it stops me by seeing the calories I’ve consumed. Yesterday I made buns and ate 3.... by logging them I skipped a meal and stayed on track even though my carbs were higher then usual .   • What are your other macros at? Fat & protein, A high fat diet is very satisfying and filling , There is no correct number of calories you should consume . If you have energy and feel good and are also losing the weight to want to ?? Good job 🌸 I stay under 75 carbs and eat 1450 calories, I’m active all day .

  • I agree that keto is just Adkins relabeled. I’m a fan of low carb ,high protein and fat . How we choose our macro numbers is completely up to each individual. I have to say that with the help of fat bombs I have lost more weight then I ever have and I feel satisfied and even full most of the time 🌸
  • I found these great whole grain wraps freeze them , grab one some cheese and ham or shrimp or cooked salmon or whatever protein ... yummy!! I cook salmon, chicken ,bacon ahead and freeze , just grab what you need and warm it up .
  • It’s a very thought provoking question, Hubbys diabetic and only counts net carbs to equal insulin amounts . I can tell you when he’s stressed or planning and calculating his blood sugar goes low as fast as when he’s working out . It took me years to see his lows starting when his parents were over stressing us out 🤔
  • @amy19355 I’d go to the dr , there is a good chance your doses will decrease as your weight drops. After 10 pounds lost my pain medication requirements dropped , Oh hormones we can’t live without you or with you .....🌼
  • @FutureMrsCarver89 I think your hormones are messed up from your diet changes. Hormones are infuriating and stressing will only make it worse , I’d see your dr just to talk it trough , they might even suggest a low dose pill to regulate your periods . Hugs & Chocolate 🌸
  • I think it’s important to eat at regular intervals, or you risk a binge. The sad thing is most of us could go many hours and not “ feel “ hungry , after stomach surgery I lost the ability to feel hunger/full triggers. Try planing your 3 meals and two snacks for a week and see how you feel , but don't base your decisions on…

  • Eating less then you used to doesn’t guarantee a loss, as stated above you are considered a healthy weight now. I’d suggest you should stop weighing and start exercising and measuring your self. It might just be tightening up that your need. Good luck figuring it all out 🌼

  • This is a real test for you mom, I’d try to go to a dietitian with him and leave the food choices in their hand . The more you say no to certain foods the more he’ll find them .
