22yo myself, 111kg down from 113 (18%bf). This is vastly out of shape for someone in the bodybuilding and powerlifting scene. But things are slowly improving. They will for you too. Not in school but I do work full time

Don’t be afraid to do a little introspection now and then. Find that person you were and want to be again. Fear is a tremendous motivator when applied properly.

Was 113kg (18%BF) now dropped down to 111.2 in just over a week, for someone in the bodybuilding seen this is a new low for me. Never gotten this far out of shape but head up, Im regaining control and on the way back. You will to

Impressive lift for that weight class mate. My top was 385 about 12 months back. Still trying to crack the illusion 4 plates. Soon hopefully. Keep at it mate

Nice. Got 315 out for 12 last week then went 350 for 4 after some time off which felt good. Came back yesterday and only squeezed out 315 for 6. Food and sleep have been bad though.

Was raised by my grandparents. Always had a soft spot for older people considering the things I had to see my grandparents go through with their health when I was growing up.
