That’s what I thought. Because now, eating in a caloric surplus, I do feel like I’ve gained some amount of fat. Because there was a time I could count my ribs, but now they are slightly less visible. And I do feel a bit heavy. So yeah..

So what would you recommend me to do? Taking all this into consideration. Still curious about the protein part. Plus, I’ve upped my calorie intake by 250. Currently I’m consuming 2500 calories after finding out my BMR which is 1439 And TDEE which is 2216
