I work 12's and switch from nights to days every two months. Its the first couple days of switching over that are tricky for me. I throw in a rest day to make the transition easier but generally work out 6x weekly. I pretty much eat around the same time and work out on a semi schedule. I also stay on the same schedule when…

I went to the gym around 530pm today as well. Got home around around 8pm, showered and had one serving of old fashioned oatmeal w/granola, blueberries and cinnamon. It’s yummy and super filling...for me anyways. Though I’m on my days off I work nights but maintain the same schedule so this is kind of like my morning. I’ll…

Perception is a crazy thing, it's interesting how one can feel about encounters (or lack there of in this case) based on their own personal success and obstacles. OP...maybe the guy feels its inappropriate to approach you on the topic, has social anxiety, prefers to silently use you as inspiration to build up the courage…

Ha I wish, it was never normal for me. The last time I had a period it lasted 38 days (yes consecutively) and I nearly died. Im thankful it was able to serve its purpose once but my uterus literally hated me and I absolutely do not miss it LOL. A little off topic here but kudos and hugs to those of you still enduring that…

I was initially logging my weight once a week but after a good 3 months of that affecting me mentally (lol) I'm switching to logging every 2 weeks. I still weigh myself out of curiosity here and there but am not obsessive with it.

I spend about $425 a month grocery shopping, just my dog and I. I also live in Alaska where the cost of living is super expensive.

I have the same issue with my Apple Watch. I delete whats automatically added and manually add my exercise calories to MFP just as I do with food. It always seems to be off by half or so.

I have 3 alarms on my cell with 3 different songs. Depending on the song I know what level of waking up I’m at. Sadly waking up is a process for me. And yes I use snooze.

Being down a clothing size and the ability to run a mile nonstop. I've been a walk/jog/run type for the last 3 months, switching it up based on my comfort level. I'm starting to love running and look forward to the next milestone ;-)

SW 254 GW 190 CW 237 Staying within my calorie range and working out 6x a week. 1 hr workdays/2 hrs days off. I’ve been focusing more on cardio to lose weight and it’s been pretty productive the last 2 months.

Maybe she (or he) was pretending to be someone they weren’t to get attention from you 😕

Hey all! I’m up for new friends. I’ve been somewhat ocd with logging food/workouts here the last 2 months. I had a little set back in the beginning where I lost track and gained but im down 16 lbs since. Hopefully a little more with tomorrow being weigh in day. I work out 6x a week and watch my calories. Still working on…

I work 12 hr shifts, rotating from days to nights every 2 months. When I work days I work out for an hr after work. When I work nights I workout for an hr during work (thankfully we have a small gym and have the option). On my days of I work out for 2 hrs. I also incorporate 1 rest day in the midst of my crazy schedule…

Awesome job on your weight loss! I am 5’7” and was 256 lbs a good 2 months ago when I readjusted my weight loss “life change” of eating better and working out. In the beginning I nearly died trying to consistently jog, so I walked. Sometime 3-4 miles a day just to get my body comfortable with it. From there I’d jog a…

Seeing any weight in the 230’s. I haven’t seen that on the scale in a good 3 years. Last weigh in was 241.4, 3 days ago, so I’m pretty close 😌

First pic 2009 when I had no neck, likely pushing 270+. Second pic recently, 240. Fluctuated through the years...

-It has to be a lifestyle change and not a quick diet. -Working out gets easier with time, if you’re at it consistently you get stronger and will be able to do more. -It’s okay to say no and not care about others taking offense to it. (What’s with the need to feed everyone anyways lol??) -Being in the zone while working…
