I jogged 3 miles in 30 mins without stopping. It was pretty big for me considering I could only do a half mile without stopping in June 😌

This used to happen to me when I first started using the elliptical years ago. Wiggling my toes during the workout helped a LOT, you should have enough room in your sneakers to do so. Guess I had to train my toes because it doesn't happen anymore and I can do an hour on the elliptical with no issue.

Enjoy yourself, we all deserve a little break. If you’re needing to stick with your regiment eat what you want, track and work out a few days - most hotels have fitness centers for this very reason 😉

I ran 2 miles nonstop in 22 mins which is huge for me! A few months ago I couldn’t run 3 full mins without taking a break and struggled with my cadence and breathing. -33 pounds and a little determination later I am in pure shock 😌
