You look awesome, congratulations!

Floor exercises could give you something else to do as well as help with weight loss. A yoga mat, 5 lb weights, resistance bands etc go a long way, they’re also quiet 🙂

Hey same here. Isn't it an awesome feeling, congrats!!

Being under 230 at last and being able to wear clothes I failed to return a while back that were too small.

I confess... I only make old fashioned Quaker oatmeal in servings of 2 because that’s the highest serving instruction given on the container. Mind you I eat oatmeal for breakfast everyday and meal prep 😂 I’m sure the solution to making more than 2 servings at a time is simple but in my mind difficult - since making 2…

Sometimes. I enjoy "me" time, some space and am content with being alone but companionship is a thing you know lol. Also dating now a days is pretty tough, not looking to settle for the sake of not being single so....

I live on an island in AK where “out of stock” is all too common. You know it’s bad when your main grocery store runs out of the basics like bottled water, eggs and milk often. I’d definitely stock up on oatmeal, can’t start a day without it - thankfully they have yet to run out of oatmeal lol.

OP sounds like you ate too much and had a case of the “itis” aka food coma...

Seeing the 220's, heck I'll even take 229 right now. Started near 260 mid June and have been lingering at 230 for the last week or so. I know its right there but is feels unreal and has been motivating me

Hopefully your lease is up soon if you have one. I'd move ASAP! I can understand you wanting an independent opinion but you shouldn't have to live in a hostile environment - no matter what the issues may be. Roommates are great price wise but not if its costing you mentally...

Awesome, congratulations!

Just take it one day at a time. Repetition and consistency can lead to motivation once you start seeing results and feeling differently physically. You'll get there, unfortunately it doesn't happen over night. Im a little over 3 months in and still have my moments but accountability comes into play and I remember why I…

Old fashioned oatmeal w/blueberries is my go to.

Loud eaters....I literally have to remove myself in order to maintain my sanity.

I built up to it, took a good 2-3 months adding more time little by little. It was a struggle but is definitely worth the calorie burn. It gets easier with consistency and time 🙂

Another Life - An alien intelligence space travel type movie but not like the typical cheesy ones. It’s suspenseful, easy to follow and attention grabbing, I recommend it!

I work 12 hr shifts, rotating from days to nights every 2 months and have been for a little over 3 years. I started working out mid June of this year. It was a struggle but I’ve found consistency and a schedule to be everything. My days on I go to the gym before work and am thankful to have a gym at work as well as the…

Lifting your feet, wiggling your toes or going in reverse a little helps. I use the elliptical 60 mins a day a good 6x a week, the numbing/ pins and needle feeling usually starts a good 50 mins in. Thankfully it takes that long making it easier to push through.

Thanks for the information but apparently Im doing something right having lost 25 lbs since mid June and my Dr. says all looks good. I even went as far as installing Pacer on my Apple watch and syncing it with MFP, my "Steps Calorie Adjustment" is still off so back to deleting them and manually inputting my exercise…

OP my schedule is similar to yours but I work 8-8 and rotate from days to nights every 2 months. I pretty much eat around the same time but switch the times depending on whether I’m on days or nights. I feel like a small child eating on a schedule but have found it necessary and helpful... I’m up around 530pm and will have…
