5'6" 163 pounds Size 10 or 12 jeans and usually a large top. I lost most of my weight during the pandemic and working remotely so I haven't bought a lot of clothing yet. And yes, sizing is all over the place. My ultimate goal is 135 but I would be happy if I stay at this weight. I was 242 at my highest wearing size 22W…

"What is the WHO definition of health? Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. The bibliographic citation for this definition is: Preamble to the Constitution of WHO as adopted by the International Health Conference, New York, 19 June - 22…

I had lost a bit before the year started. Down 71 pounds since I started, 5 more pounds to be "healthy" weight and about 15-20 until I hit my goal! Yes, the zigzagging can be frustrating but one needs to trust the process to get through it!

I have half and half in my coffee everyday sometimes in two cups of coffee. I measure it out and count it every time and have lost 65 pounds in the past year.

This might sound strange but the fact that I had nothing to lose it for is what motivated me! Too many times I tried losing weight for some upcoming event and always failed miserably. With no events on the horizon, I was finally able to say to myself, "I am going to try to lose just one pound a week by cutting calories…

This has been happening to me since April. I have seen the doctor several times. Not much has worked. I just saw an ENT who gave me another nasal spray, let's see if that helps. Wish I could tell you how to get rid of it, I can only tell you that you are not alone.

Also, lots of fiber helps keep you full but this should probably done gradually as you will need to get used to the fiber if you have not been having so much in the past. That…

Not diet, I am getting pretty good at that. I would say strength training, I have no problem jumping on a bike or a treadmill for cardio but strength training is something I have an extremely hard time forcing myself to do!

It is possible that they did both cut calories and start sleeping less. People often change more than one thing at a time in their life. For example, someone who is trying to "get healthy" may quit smoking and eat more fruits and vegetables at the same time. Or they may decide to cut calories and get up early each morning…

Scale hit 199 for me yesterday down from 230 (although I was 242 at my highest). Been logging on for 148 days straight. So happy to see that "1" but need to keep going because I am not done yet!

Depending on how much you are willing to spend, you can get a custom made steel or titanium bike that is strong enough to support your weight but a sweet ride. You can set it up as you want it. This is my custom Gunnar Fastlane set up to my specs with mechanical disc brakes (easier maintenance than hydraulics. I have a…
