I am in the same boat. On the low end of the BMI, I look literally emaciated. I look at women who are my height (5'7") and weigh 130 lbs and they look healthy, but they also wear a size 6 shoe and have little bird bones. Anything below 150, I look like a holocaust survivor. People online don't believe me when I say that,…

If you don’t mind me asking, what were the skin removal surgeries like??? I don’t have a ton of loose skin but sometimes I think about possibly getting some removed & am very curious about how it’s done & the whole process of it. Was it super painful? How long was your recovery period? Thank you so much in advance!!

You look amazing!! Do you mind if I ask what your stats are (height, weight)?

I want to see these “studies” you’re referring to. Overweight people living longer? With heart disease & diabetes? Yeah, I bet. I feel bad for your ex getting skinny shamed. Not cool. People belittling another for their body is never okay, even if it’s meant as a “joke”. OP is clearly extremely healthy and ridiculously fit.

You look absolutely incredible. I don’t see you as someone blowing away in the wind- quite the opposite!! Your muscle definition is amazing!! I see hard work & dedication! Something you should be ridiculously proud of. I’ve gotten comments over my body before as well. In our society it can be “weird” to see someone who’s…

I have the same thing!! I lost 120 lbs & have abs but some loose skin on the bottom of my tummy. When I get to a low weight it also gets thin.

When I get below 140, people start asking me if I have an eating disorder, too, despite being in a healthy BMI. It’s always interesting to me how people carry their weight differently.

Absolutely incredible!!!! You look like two completely different people!! I loveeeee seeing these stories. I’d love to hear more about how you lost the amount you did. What a transformation!!!

I lost over 150 lbs over a year and a half. I was 278 lbs. Got down to 120 lbs and then gained some muscle and began toning. I'm now in the 140's/150's. Changes that are really important to maintain is making sure you stay within your calorie range. And watching sodium levels. Too much sodium = water weight. And making…

1. Favorite meal of the day is breakfast! I have some Kashi Go Lean & soy milk & of course, coffee!! Gets my day started right, every time! (: 2. So far, I've lost over 100 lbs! My favorite workout of all time is Leslie Sansone's "Walk At Home" DVDs! I have really bad social anxiety, so it's really difficult for me to go…

^^^^I LOVE this post so much!! I lost 150 lbs at one point. After a year & a half of losing weight, it can be hard to flip the "off" switch. I just wanted to keep losing. I lost so much weight and instead of extremely obese, I was extremely skinny. I didn't look OR feel good. I felt faint all the time. I did some research…

I’m probably going to get ten thousand Woos for this, but whatever. Let the haters hate. I wanted to share with you what worked for me- Collagen supplement. Bought it off of Amazon & put it in my coffee every morning. My skin tightened up like a dream. I lost 150+ lbs and had some loose skin. Thought I was going to need…
