Hi thank you for responding. Really kind of you. Lightly active is because I do try to keep on my feet, cleaning, cooking etc why do you think I should reduce my activity? I do 30 minutes aerobic type exercise a day this is added on and I eat back half of this. I try to have a walk as well but donβt add this in.

I have just put nearly exactly the same post! I had lost 3 pounds in two weeks, and one has crept back on! I just wonder if it is the body adjusting? I don't have any answers, but just thought I would say me too!

So as I am doing about 300 calories of exercise per day, and not eating them I think the 1900 calories and lightly active goals seem about right then.

Hi I have tried the low fodmap diet but unfortunately it did not work for me π I could not eat a lot of the low fodmap foods I do wonder if my lifetime of dieting had caused my problems π€

Thank you that makes sense to me, I have put lightly active and gone up to 1400 calories, that feels much more manageable π

Hi I only put 1.5 pounds a week, I do a fair amount of sitting outside of work, but am trying to be more active with fitness classes, I don't understand π―
