Just curious- why so few calories. Just a fly by here. Assisting with looking after twins and a 22 mo old takes a lot of time and is exhausting! Managing to stay on track so I hope to see a loss when I go home tomorrow for one night shift. Keep strong Karen in BC

Tough crazy busy shift last night. Felt totally out of control and was craving junk food and chocolate. Lisa in AR- food is my ‘go to’ cooing mechanism as well. Took 22 mo old out for a walk today- man is he fast!! Picked up sticks and threw them in the little river and had lots of fun. This is the story of my life. I am a terrible sleeper when I have have lots to do! Staying on track is paying off for me as I have lost 13 pounds since I started in early Nov. I just need a plan for all the Christmas goodies to avoid! Keeping on Karen in BC
