Mostly I go on the elliptical 7 days a week (half hour a day) and do weight training 2 times a week for about 30 -45 mins.   • MFP gave me 1220 because I am mostly secondary. But when i work out I do track my calories.
  • Thank you! And yeah I was thinking that too about the calories being low. But I believe that's what I did the first time around. I am thinking of putting it around 1400-1500 calories and just take my weight loss slow and one day at a time. I want to see how my body is on 1200 first and if I feel I need more I will adjust :)
