Pass day! Went to a birthday party today - I planned on staying under calories, but I’m really good, in the moment, at rationalizing that “I deserve this” to eat and drink and all that so I went over my calories. Yes to all! For exercise, I walked on the treadmill for an hour and also carried my one-year-old around Target for almost an hour because she didn’t want to sit in the cart lol I don’t mind though, she’s a sweetie 😍 gives me strong mom arms lol

My sister-in-law got married today, so I used today as a planned pass day - it’s unfortunate that it happened on the first day of the month, but it was nice being able to eat and not worry about counting my calories.
