Exercise? Yes, 1 hour walk in the village with my husband. Saw a red fox crossing village lots in a residential section.
Calories? Under by a big margin...making up for yesterday's pass day!
Tracked? Everything logged.
For those of you who don't know me...hubby and I go for a lot of walks together. He is often otherwise referred to in these posts as "my boyfriend" "DH" or "Jim" just to keep things confusing. When I was working, he came to take me out for lunch every Tuesday...and I would tell everyone at the office I was sneaking out with my boyfriend. The response was always "we won't tell your husband." Just to keep things honest...we've been married for 46 years, now; so husband, hubby, DH, boyfriend and Jim are all one and the same ❤️. Wouldn't trade him for the world.
Welcome to all the new participants in UAC. We're glad to have you aboard...and a renewed "hello" to virtual friends who have chosen to continue with return to UAC for December. Good to be in your company!8 -

Weighed this moring. Thanks to my fitbit scale and fitbit tracking I can look and compare. I'm 8 lbs from my goal which I reached Feb 6, 2018 briefly, Maintenance is so hard to keep up. My goals are to keep active this winter and hopefully be back to maintance by Feb 6. It's only 8 lbs how hard can that be? When I started the Accountablity Challenge August 2017 I was almost 20 lbs heavier than I am now and not nearly as active as I wanted to be.
Welcome to all of the new members. This challenge gives us momentum as we share our successes and struggles. Thanks to this challenge not only do I look so much better I feel so much better and that makes it worth the effort.
@loopydo2017 Wow, beautiful snow pictures. Thanks for sharing.
@w8goal4life Such kind works of praise for your husband of 46 years. Marriage is what you put into it. Sounds like you two have an awesome relationship. I refer to my husband as my Sweetie. We've been married for 30 years..can't imagine my life without him.
@RangerRickL Nice couple thanks for sharing. I love wedding..so glad you were able to go to such a happy ocasion.

I am finding out!! I am 9.6 pounds from goal and each ounce seems to have become a real struggle. I would love to see goal by Feb too. First goal, though, is to survive December festivities without going in the wrong direction!8 -

Exercise: Walked 2.94 miles/50 mins. Took one of my beach routes. Probably would have skipped it because the stormy weather was giving me the start of a headache, but didn’t want to take a pass on the first day of the challenge! Really glad I got out there though.
Calories: yep, right up to my limit.
Logging: oh yes.
I’m working on the last 8 pds also, so I’ve super “tightened up” my logging lately. Don’t know that I’ll get there by February, but whatever I can lose before our trip to Hawaii in mid-Feb would be great!5 -
Yes to all 3
It will be a hard month but we just got to give it our best try5 -
Day 1 Yes, Yes and Yes. Happy to have made it though the first day4

My sister-in-law got married today, so I used today as a planned pass day - it’s unfortunate that it happened on the first day of the month, but it was nice being able to eat and not worry about counting my calories. I also have planned my next pass days for Christmas and New Year’s Eve, so hopefully I can stick with that! We’ll see!5

Me too!
I’ve set an easy schedule for myself, so I feel I am succeeding, not falling behind! If I lose faster, great! If not, I’m
Still building habits & slowly easing into maintenance!
1 lb every 3 weeks will get me to my Ultimate Goal Weight by March 17th or April Fools Day at the latest!!
When I realized maintenance will still be tracking, exercising, and monitoring caloric intake, I realized the more practice I get, the better!
Glad there are a bunch of us! It’s amazing how much our bodies change now with each lb lost!!! Feels like we’re sculpting ourselves !!! ♥️
I look forward to encouraging each other & celebrating whenever we each reach our Ultimate Goal Weight! I read today that regular support & encouragement was key for individuals to maintain their full weight loss. I am glad we have each other & UAC!!!6 -
Logging finished and under calories for the day
I did 60 minutes of dancing like an idiot while cleaning. Was actually out of breath lol

My target WAS 140 (currently lower 145.X's so probably by end of Jan at my current fairly-steady 3 lbs per month rate) but I'm now thinking of lowering the mid-to-upper end of my target maintenance goal range a bit more after all ... so maybe by end of March I will be there too ....5
