Thank you for your support. I think that’s what I’m going to have to do. What I need to keep/improve on these gains and what my family needs are two different things. Hopefully some meal prep will help keep the routine going.

Feel free to add me. I’ve come a long ways since I really started dedicating myself to a healthier/fitter lifestyle. I’m almost 36 and I’m stronger and almost faster than I was in my twenties. So I saw a dietician shortly after I posted this. My macros were wrong. I wasn’t eating enough carbs. So I changed to 50% 30% 20% (carbs, protein, fats respectively) and that change has helped show some improvement. I am eating around 2200-2600 Calories per day depending on my exercise.
