Exercise? Yup Calories? Oh yes, did even better than yesterday, although I do wish I didn't eat so much chocolate. I still stayed under my goal, but it would have been more nutritionally sound to eat my 200 calorie Sargento snack (the one with cheddar cheese, cashews, and craisins) rather than 4 additional pieces of…

Thank you so much! I'm going to try this out and let y'all know how it goes!

Thank you! Oh no! Is that ... Dasani!? :s :s ;) I'm just playing around. Although, is anyone else ridiculously passionate about the brand of bottled water they drink?

I don't really care about the size of other people because they aren't me. However, I find the fat acceptance movement to be problematic when the focus turns from, "don't hate me because I'm fat" to "I'm going to hate thin people because they're thin and here's my list of justifications I have for being fat." In my…

I eat 1,400 calories a day and I feel fine. But that's because I grew up eating 1,300 to 1,400 calories a day. I've always been slender and I've only recently put on weight. So when I go back to eating 1,400 a day I don't feel like I'm starving myself, I actually feel a lot better than when I eat 1,900 calories a day (the…

If you know your child is going to be born with a congenital condition and you can take away that condition, I don't know very many parents who would turn that down (assuming they could afford it, of course). Now giving your child blue eyes or making sure you get a daughter is a bit much, but at the end of the day as long…

People trash talking cardio. I'm a runner and I enjoy running and I don't appreciate it when people talk about running as if it's going to kill you. Now I understand that some people don't like running and that's fine -- you have to find a workout program that works for you -- but the belittlement of people who like to…

Nice! What sort of split did you do? Do you work for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds, or do something different?

I've had such a success with my water intake recently! I have this pretty purple water bottle that really encourages me to drink -- it's a straw bottle, and I don't know I find that I drink much more out of straw bottles. Maybe because I can just lean over and sip. Also because I find myself absentmindedly drinking,…

I bounced back! Hooray! Typically when I fall off any wagon I just wallow in the mud, feeding on self pity (and copious amounts of chocolate) but yesterday I did very well! Food? Perfect -- I was literally 3 calories below my target Exercise? Double -- I did a 40 minute workout using the Nike Training Club App Tracking? Of…

The only thing you want costs over $2,000 and I don't have that kind of money right now. And if I did have that kind of money it wouldn't be going to you.

Pass Day #1 Exercise? Yes Tracked? No Calories? No
-
That's actually very common. For me, the time of day and the type of food switches whether or not I am a moderator or an abstainer. After 6pm, no sweets whatsoever. If I eat sweets after 6, I'll go overboard. In fact, I only eat sweets immediately after my lunch. That's the only time I'm able to actually eat a moderate…

No that's way to expensive. For only 2 swipes a day? At my university, we get a dining hall pass that let's us eat as often as every half hour (and the dining halls are all you can eat buffet style dining halls), 8 meal credits to use over the course of the week (1 per meal period, 5 meal periods per day) and $100 that we…

I would consider giving yourself more than 2 months to get your dream body -- try going for maybe 6 months before throwing in the towel. Even then, depending on how much you want to lose, you may need longer. Remember that a healthy rate of weight loss is about 2kg a month ... so give your body more time. Also, your waist…

I like Fitness Blender and the Nike Training Club app. Fitness blender is huge and they have hundreds of workout videos, with several no equipment options. The Nike Training Club app is very nice because it's free and includes multi-week workout plans that can be customized to your current fitness level.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I was under the impression that reaching your maximum heart rate isn't the healthiest thing to do.

Calories? yes Exercise? yes Tracking? yes

^^^^^^^^^^^^ All of the above, with a side of "go see your doctor"

Just to clarify: for the tracking, must I track foods individually? Let's say for example I'm eating at home and I estimate my meal to contain 500 calories. Would it count as tracking if I went ahead and entered in 500 calories for the lunch (using the quick add calories option) or would that be against the rules? Would I…

What's the difference between WW and MFP? Don't they both track calories?

Perhaps replace added sugar with fruits. I'm not entirely sure what you mean by sugar drops if I'm being honest. Care to expand?

That's one way of looking at it. But my entire family tends to eat the same thing and I have 4 younger siblings. I would rather toss the entire bag of lettuce than watch any of them suffer, no matter how small the chance of it happening is. I am 100% sure my parents will agree with me. If you're just preparing something…

I threw mine out and was so disappointed. I was going to make a cute little turkey boat "taco" with it. But into the trash it went.

Nice work! You got me with the title -- I'm glad to see you're enjoying your body now! You look great!

The challenge officially starts tomorrow! I'm so excited, just sitting here counting down the hours. I've really gotten back on track these past couple of weeks and I am so ready to keep going! Best of luck to everyone -- let's try to see if we can get the largest percentage of starters in the winner's circle (hopefully…

Same here. 3L is more of a general goal. On days I run I tend to drink more. On days when I get out of bed at 4pm (#CollegeLife :D ) I tend to drink less.
