Yes for everything. I was tempted to hop on the scale to see how much progress I've made, but I think I'm going to hold off and weigh myself later. Weighing myself shifts the focus off of health onto the number on the scale REAL quick.

Yes x3 I plan on just taking small portions of whatever I want. I find that when I do that I tend to eat within my budget. Also deciding to save all my calories for the Christmas dinner is helpful.

I tracked, kept within my calorie limit, and worked out! I did a 30 minute barre exercise and I was a little ambitious by selecting an "advanced" workout -- my poor legs have given up on me! But it was a good session!

Wow today has been really tough. Everything started out normally enough, but I am just STRUGGLING through these afternoon hours. @cwolfman13 It's not fat? I've been thinking about fluctuations all wrong then. I thought fluctuations were random changes in your bodies fat storage due to hormonal changes or something like that. If it's not fat what is it? Water? Food?

Yes x3 today. It's only been a handful of days and I'm already starting to feel so much better than when I ate whatever I wanted in unnecessarily large portions. Getting in 20 minutes of activity everyday has also helped with my stress which is such a blessing, especially around finals season.
