That's really impressive. In the long run, I'd like to stop drinking. But I know that that isn't an option I can stick to right now. How did you find the change affected your social life? Did you ever feel that you were missing out or feel pressured into drinking?

Toasted coconut chips are my all time fave - so moreish! Dates also, since I have a ridiculous sweet tooth and they fill me up and help relieve my sugary cravings!
