  • Everyone here is so inspiring. Thank you for your accountability. It makes me think of why I do things, and yep me too!
  • @mommagemz Thank you! I have a better hold of my emotions today. The biggest step for me is to recognize why I am reaching for those comfort foods and tell myself I don't need it to feel better. My son finished his senior year strong and has handled this year with stride. I defiantly can learn from him :) He was able to…
  • Definitely has been a stressful couple of days for me. I am a part time hairstylist and have to shut down again. I wanted to go for the comfort food, but so far I have not. It does help to have good choices available. Thank goodness 2 years ago I start to do data entry in an insurance office, so I am not working full time…
  • @MommaGemz I definitely hear you on your lack of energy. The heat is high were I live and it is kicking my butt. I have always been interested in an air fryer. I will have to look into that because when the heat rises I do not want to turn the oven on. I like your meal planning tip of keeping every thing separate. I do…
  • @MommaGemz Nice job on your commitment to 4 full weeks. I know there is a sweet spot with how many calories to consume in order to lose weight (from the past). I am glad you are figuring it out. I hope I am as lucky. I did get my walk in this morning but I felt a little slower today and I am dragging right now. I hope to…
  • @MommaGemz I am having trouble with getting enough water in my day. I work out of the house and don't want to keep running to the bathroom. However, now that I think about it that would be a great way to get my steps in :D Not feeling the Energy to get my walk in this morning. I already feel the heat rising for the day.…
  • @mommagemz Your breakfast looks delicious! I am a fan of repeating what works when it comes to weight loss. I just need to get back into the swing of it and go grocery shopping. I hate to sweat so, that is something I need to over come in order to "Fight the settling point." I truly admire all you moms who are home…

  • @MommaGemz Love the bike! How much water do you drink a day and do you include hot tea in your water consumption? Still trying to figure that out for myself. I feel you on the banana bread..My husband brought home Oreo's from the store. @thelastnightingale my membership goes back to Dec 2018 with a lot of ups and down :#…
  • My dog and I went on a 20 minute walk today around the neighborhood, and I have been tracking everything that goes into my mouth :o ..I think I might even dust off the stationary bike my husband has and give it a try tonight. I hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday. @MommaGemz any word on your bike?
  • Hi, I am hoping I can find help with my fitbit being synced. I feel that I have to disconnect the app and get it again to show up in myfitnesspal. Does anyone else have to do that on a daily basis and should it show activity minutes as well? Thanks for any advise.

I am a serious stress snacker. I have been trying to lose the same 25lbs the last 9 years, but in all honesty I can only get pass losing 10 and…
