After 5 years we get a 4 week vacation bonus to be used on top of our regular vacation. Only catch is that the 4 weeks be taken in succession. It’s a good way to reset. :)

43 and down 27lbs. Almost to the weight and strength of my 20’s and loving it.

Slipknot, linkinpark, BFMV, mostly aggressive stuff. Keeps the weights moving.
