Hello OMAD Fam, I am back to full OMAD/OPAD. I did a 2-hour eating window today from 1 pm - 3 pm since I am coming off my 3-day fast, I had my chocolate kale shake at 1 pm to wake my system up without loads of food, and I had my meal at 2:30 and was done by 3 pm. My sister-in-law (husband's oldest sister) cooked the meal.…

I got out of the habit of weekly fasting and now can't seem to get a handle on them. I have no problem with my 3-day monthly fast but fasting outside of that has been tough for me. But, I believe if I stick with OMAD, I will not need them.

Awesome job maintaining during this crazy time. It is not extreme if it is working for you and you are able to sustain it. The last 20 pounds may come off slower, but they will come off with consistency which you have proven to have. Way to go, you are doing great!

Hello all, I am on vacation in Myrtle Beach and not doing well sticking to the plan, but enjoying myself. I will get back on track however after my 3-day fast on the 4th of February.

No weigh-in today. TOM started yesterday so I am going to hold off on the weigh-in until after.

For my 2MAD days, the plan is to eat a midday salad and then my main meal before 8pm.

I didn’t weigh today. I am pretty sure I gained a bit after resuming eating after my 3-day fast. I am sticking to my program so I am expecting a loss. Not sure yet when I will weigh. I may weigh Thursday after my fast day if not before as sometimes it is hard to resist the scale.

Donna, 2020 is gone and I believe it gave us all a gut punch, but we can have the last laugh in 2021. Gone are the excuses, compromises, and all distractions. We can and will succeed.

I forgot to weigh in this morning hopefully I will remember in the morning. I know it is going to be a dreadful number but it is what it is and I am up to the challenge of chipping it down one pound at a time. Happy New Year to all🎉🎊

I think people may choose an evening meal because they can eat with their family who may not be doing OMAD. Some people choose later times because if they eat early, it makes them hungrier…

This is my intermittent Fasting Schedule. I have been through I don't know how many different plans and schedules, but I think this schedule is doable and fits my lifestyle. Here it is, I am putting it out here for accountability. Diligence is key.

Today I will be breaking my 3-day fast. This morning's weight was 171.5 pounds. I will be having two meals today within a six hour window (6am - 12pm). I will be eating breakfast around 6:30 and will have lunch at 11:30. I have to get back to where I was three years ago when I broke into the 140's.
