Happy Thursday everyone. No weigh in Todday. TOM started yesterday so I am going to forgo the weight check. Since next Thursday is Thanksgiving and I will be out of town, there will be no weight check next week either.

Well it is Thursday and today's weight 175.7. A 1.5 pound jump from last week. I did have one bad eating day last week but it was not enough for this gain. I believe my gain is due to inflammation from my workouts and DOMS.

Maintain 6 pounds loss from monthly 3-day fast. I do a 3-day fast the first monday- Wednesday of the month and in the past I have always gained the pounds back by the end of the month so Iooking to hold on to this loss so I can build on it with the next month's fast.

Thursday Weigh Day. This morning's weight 178.6 pounds. A 0.1 loss for the week. I am happy with that as I am meeting my goal of maintaining my 5 pound loss from the beginning of the month. This morning's weight after 3-day fast 179.9 pounds. I started my 3-day fast at 184.9 pounds. Here we go another month. Goal for this month is to at least maintain this 5 pound loss. Not looking for quick losses, just steady losses.
