What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

I started doing EPIC (10 week workout series by Caroline Girvan on yt) yesterday. I'd love to be able to do full pushups by the end of it. I can already see the muscles in my back being more defined. Also I'd love to get strength in my abs back.
I was on a wheelchair for months a few years ago and my abs still haven't fully recovered.
Besides those fitness goals, my nest goal is to weight 110 kg. I'm not putting any time limit on it, I'm in it for the long run. If I keep doing what I do I'm sure I'll get there.
Goodness, I totally forgot I have a gala in 7 days 🤦🏼♀️
I'd like my dress to fit me perfectly in stead of being tight. I bought a new one but it was already to big on me a week ago so definitely won't be wearing that. Anyway my mini goal is to fit into a semi old dress perfectly. Last time I wore it I could barely sit down it was too tight but I tried it on a weekish ago and it fit me way better than before. Since I've been working out and losing weight I'm sure I'll fit it better now.
I totally rocked the dress! It fit me so well even with the travel bloat. 🎉🎉
Next up is being able to wear my smaller jeans (they zip up but not comfortably), 110kg and continuing to workout!23 -
I have some nice work pants that have gotten too tight. I want to get to the point where they fit me perfectly (and then later on, I want them to be too big!).12

I have a skirt I try on every week, it's my main measuring tool. It got to my waist yesterday and I zipped up. I was greatly encouraged.26

Made it to onderland this morning!!! My next mini goal is to be confidently in onderland by Christmas. So I’m thinking around 194 or so since my overall fluctuation rate tends to be around 4 pounds. By March I would love to be at 175lbs.23

So happy for you, that is currently my mini goal and it really is a huge one. I know it's just a number but it can be such a mental boost.

I am 5lbs away from a 30lbs loss. Having maintained for the past 2 years, I'm ready to tackle those last 5!16

Getting back to my March 2020 (pre-lockdown) weight. Just 7 pounds away! (Have lost 14.6 so far.)14

Biggest, current motivation consists of two things.
1. feeling more confident naked
2. proving to myself and my doctor I can gain control of my health14 -
I want to be the same size in January, I have been known to gain 7-10 lbs this time of year.12

1. To maintain some control and not overeat too much at holiday dinners. I know I will go over calories, but I am planning to leave some room in my calorie budget several days in advance; and I am aiming to not be a glutton.
2. To lose 10 more pounds by December 31st.9 -
1. Getting to a normal BMI. I am about 2 pounds away. So close.....
2. Maintaining my weight over the holidays. If I continue to lose, that would be great, but I'm changing my mindset for the season so that I don't put pressure on myself to lose (and risk the negative emotional spiral that can happen if I don't lose - just enjoy the holidays!). My primary mission is to just maintain whatever weight I reach at Thanksgiving (US) and stay there through New Year's.11 -
Get back on track with working out. Moving and traveling put my strength training and running on hiatus for about a month and a half. I've added a whole minute to my mile. Ugh.10

I have this magical dress that I've had for fifteen years--it looked good on me at 130 lbs, it looked good on me at 180 lbs. I'm 217 lbs now and my mini-goal is to dig out the dress and try it on.9

Maintain 6 pounds loss from monthly 3-day fast. I do a 3-day fast the first monday- Wednesday of the month and in the past I have always gained the pounds back by the end of the month so Iooking to hold on to this loss so I can build on it with the next month's fast.12

I'm about 8lbs from being overweight rather than obese. I'd love to see that by the end of the year.21
-
As like Deanner03. I'm currently 6 lbs from being what I think of as overweight vs obese. That's my mini goal, to get down to that weight that I have only been at once before in the past 20 years. I want to go further, but thinking about that can be depressing, so I am focused on this mini goal. I've lost 26 lbs in the past 10 weeks, in a plateau right now, but the mini goal is keeping me going. 6 more to go.17

My current mini goal is to get my BMI under 32. It’s at 32.7 right now. I’m trying to use my BMI to judge my progress because the numbers aren’t as “loaded” as pounds are, and I can track it that way on my scale, I just have to not pay attention to the number on the Top of my phone screen, and focus on the number on the Bottom instead. So far, so good 😊!12

My mini goal is to get back to running. I miss it and if I did it right now I'd probably collapse.11

the mini goal i have motivating me right now is to have lost fifteen pounds by February third! about five lbs down ten to go:) i just need to focus on my nutrition every day and make it my priority. idk why i decided on fifteen but i will definitely continue on afterwards, im just focusing on these fifteen first!10

Current Mini Goal... Being able to bench 100lb dumbbells for at least 5 reps. I didn't think I would have a chance in heck to get there this year, as I only started lifting on May 24th of this year. But I've managed 10 reps of 85 pounds yesterday, so I'm moving up to 90 pounds next Wednesday. And I can already handle at least 1 rep at 100lb. So I think this may just be in the cards for Christmas.
It would be nice to lose 150 pounds by end of the year as well. :)

Current mini goal is one more inch off my waist (will make 9 since February) and to get to a consistent walking speed of 4.5 mph.

My mini goal right now is 100 oz of water daily.

My current mini-goal is to consistently login to MFP and log ALL edibles (good, not-so-good, and downright UGLY) with NO JUDGEMENT as I get back in the logging groove after being away from it for over 7 months.
So far so good - haven't missed a day since restarting Oct 31. After a month, I will see where I am and look at what has been most-routine, then decide what kinds of adjustments and/or tightening up of choices to apply next.
(I consider myself in an unsustainable "second honeymoon" situation ... no way the current level of downward-trending numbers is going to keep going indefinitely! I just happen to have rebooted logging, which somehow simultaneously rebooted "anti-snacksident mode" in my brain, so my system is revising back to "this much intake will sustain X (lower level) body weight".)

Mini goal: 6,800 steps daily . I Have managed to meet/exceed this for 14 days - which is a challenge since I work in an office desk/pc ridden for 8+ hours a day.

To get back to my leaving Japan weight (20 pounds down) by the time my mother comes to visit in January.
It sounds like so much, but with the way I have been inhaling junk food since I got back to the U.S., I think just some reasonable eating will get me there.4
