    Want to lose 3 lbs this month, want to do a half-marathon in November, and fit into a cute little red dress around Christmastime (I think it's a size 2)

    Lose 10lbs by July 21st. I'm down 7 since May 18, so just 3 to go. I don't think I'll quite make it, but still happy with what I've done so far.

    3 more pounds! You can do that! Be diligent in tracking your calories and if you need to step up your exercise a bit. You can do it. You have 15 days.
