Today's meal. I decided to eat my meal within a 2 hour period instead of 1 hour. I think having my shake with my meal since it is a meal replacement shake caused me to be too full to eat all of my meal on yesterday which reduced my calorie intake and caused me to be very hungry later in the day. Happy Friday!! This morning's weight 181.0. I don't know if my weight was lower yesterday but I am happy to see this weight. I have decided to keep to early lunch time meals as much as possible although I was really hungry last night. I did not give in to the hunger and was rewarded on the scale this morning.

Thanks! Well I didn't get a chance to weigh myself this morning, but I weighed in at 184.5 yesterday so I am going to guesstimate a weight of 183.0 based on my other fast day losses. Thank you both! I just need to have the same committment to my day to day eating as I do with my monthly 3-day fast. I have no thoughts of veering from it and now I must apply it to OMAD way of eating. I only eat one meal a day.

Thanks Joe, You are right, I just need to focus on what I know works for me and do it. And that is OMAD. I am on day 2 of my monthly 3 day fast and it will be back to basic OMAD come Thursday. I need to keep the "I eat once a day" phrase repeating in my head. I will succeed!

Hello all, Sorry I have been MIA but all is well...Still working on getting back on track. This go-around has really been tough, but I am not giving up. I am planning on beginning a new challenge on 1 September so maybe that will give me the push that I need.

Another successful step challenge completed while at work. The rest of the month will be a real challenge as I begin working half days next week and will be leaving work at 12:00 (leaving me with 4 and 5 hour work days. I still want to be able to get my 10,000 while at work. I believe I can do it.

This morning’s weight 177.0 pounds. I hate to even guess what it was when I got back from Mexico. My goal for after my fast was to be in the 170’s and I succeeded so on to further losses and getting to my final goal in 2021.

I am back from Mexico. I haven’t stepped on the scale and probably won’t until after my three day fast.
