Having a binge day will NOT have any detrimental effect whatsoever on your goals. I have one large doner kebab every week which balances out all my healthy eating during the week and has no impact on my goals. My go to breakfast at the moment at the weekends is three potato rosti's, two runny eggs, and two pieces of no fat bacon. Great Crossfit breakfast.

100g of oats, fry with milk for 10 minutes, add 2 eggs and stir in then cook for another 10 minutes, when cooked add honey, works well with 2 slices of bacon. Totally sets you up for the day.
