    My go to breakfast at the moment at the weekends is three potato rosti's, two runny eggs, and two pieces of no fat bacon. Great Crossfit breakfast.

    Buuuut I’m making brunch soon, and that’s eggs, broccoli, baked potato, vegan dumplings, and some form of juice or coffee.

    Steel cut oats with a veggie scramble on top with a tablespoon of green chile salsa.
    Hibiscus tea with beet root powder mixed in.
  • 2 mugs of black coffee, no sugar.

    I'm an 'accidental faster' as I can't face food in the mornings so I (generally) don't eat until lunchtime.

    Egg/egg white omelet with a Mexican cheese blend (bag) and medium salsa and sour cream.

    On a side note, I usually use 3 eggs to 2 whites or 2 eggs to 2 whites... And it turns out great. 2 eggs to 3 whites (as I used today) will not feature on the menu again.

    Weekend breakfast bomb: English muffin sandwiches (2) with cheddar, bacon, and egg, and a side of brussels sprouts, roasted under the cooking bacon. Coffee with cream AND sugar. Like... 900 calories.

    Weekly weekend protein bombing: BLT (sourdough, baked uncured center cut bacon) and my normal 3/4c oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee: 770 calories/31 protein
