I found that my hunger went down, after I quit eating processed foods. I actually forget to eat if I get busy with cleaning, or yard work. my diet plan... if it comes in a box, bag, or package from a factory, I don't eat it. so, Im eating meat, veggies, limited fruits, nuts and some very small amounts of whole grains .

farmer carla, I started at the same weight and height as you. Im trying to stay under 1500 cals, and I dont eat many processed foods. Im struggling to find recipes for foods I can eat. On work days, I eat oatmeal ( made with water) with a tablespoon of honey, and butter( any other breakfast leaves me hungry after 2 hours)…
