Hi, I am 5,3 and gained weight to 110lbs. I love salmon, nuts, and making Buddha bowls. As for flower restaurant cholesterol, I wouldn’t worry about it being high, as it’s not actually a good marker of possible cardiovascular problems, I’d focus on triglycerides and C-reactive protein (CPR).

Hi, this is a late response, I’m 5,2 also and am having to eat 3500 calories to gain. I have found if you go slow bulking/cutting, and you are correct on your calculations. Remember you gain muscle as you lift so that increases metabolism, so overtime you will probably need to increase higher. Hoped this helped :)

Thank you. In the past when I need to gain weight I had to eat 4000 calories/day and my maintenance was 3500, I’m not to jittery as a person so I might just have a fast metabolism? I am just scared to see my weight decreases and really want to at least find my maintenance then gain weight.

I have been eating that much for 3 months and have lost 3 pounds. I also log everyday. I don’t have a food scale but I use measuring cups.

My doctor said I need to be at least 4 pounds heavier to be healthy. I am in competitive beach volleyball and I have muscle in my legs but not nearly the same amount in by arms. I also go to the gym 6 days a week to weighted lunges, squats, arms, back, cable pulls, etc. I have been really stressed about needing to gain…
