  • PW: 128 CW: 129.2 I had a perfect week diet and exercise wise until Wednesday when I binged on sugar. Had an okay day Thursday and binged again yesterday. I'm not sure what's wrong but I can't seem to get into the groove I was in back in the fall and I'm feeling really down.
