    Got my exercise in even though I thought it was a lost day. Early evening workout outside. Was going to have to say no to calories and exercise until I got that workout in. Glad I made it happen :)

    I think I forgot to post last week. It's been so crazy here. I can't even remember what I posted as my last weight - think it was 103.8

    OK I was skiing everyday, either downhill or cross country (even went snow shoeing one day) but way too much snacking and poor food choices.

    I've used crazy glue to fix my fitbit and will try to join the walking group.

    I remember when I graduated from assisted pushups to regular ones. It felt really really good. I’m struggling with pull-ups right now. I can get about 4 inches then nothing moves. That’s one of my long term fitness goals. When I started I couldn’t even hang on the bar without pain. So the improvement is there!

    I'm really late, I know. Summer holidays here with my kids. Super busy and I don't even know what day of the week it is. They go back to school in the first week of February and it will be so much easier to stay on task and keep on track.
