So I adjusted my calorie goal from losing 1.5 lbs a week to 2 lbs and I just barely went over calories. Would have been under with last weeks limit. I am going to have to adjust to these fewer calories when I can’t work out. I was up 3 hours early this morning cause I couldn’t sleep so I had no energy to get to the gym. On to tomorrow.2 -

@abowersgirl, I totally feel YOUR pain, Thurs - Sun are tough for me too! Working out 8 days straight is a win in my book! You have nothing to feel guilty about honey, your doing a fabulous job. That few pounds WILL come off, you have this girlfriend!!2 -

@swauters I feel your pain in being tired and being laughed at. Last 2 nights I fell asleep in my daughters room at 7pm. I went in to get things ready for bed time later and laid down for “just a minute”. I woke up to my 4 and 8 year old poking me and laughing1 -

The semester started yesterday, which I'm actually not mad about. I'm much better about food and exercise this way. Of course, I've only been to one real class, so I might eat my words

Day: No essays today (thus far) but I burned over 2300 calories in exercise so massive win! Gym induction tomorrow and I'm scared they'll think I'm just another January gym-goer. I'll have to prove them wrong 😂2 -

Apparently I’ve gotten fit enough that my Fitbit doesn’t auto recognize 30 minutes of chopping wood as an active time. Use to come up all the time. No more. Which is pretty cool1 -

I've been having the hardest time staying on track. I don't know why. I was able to lose 150lbs and I was SO focused. I KNOW how to lose weight, but I just keep sabotaging myself. I keep eating things and not tracking them. I'm back on track and starting again, but it's still frustrating.2 -
