    So I adjusted my calorie goal from losing 1.5 lbs a week to 2 lbs and I just barely went over calories. Would have been under with last weeks limit. I am going to have to adjust to these fewer calories when I can’t work out. I was up 3 hours early this morning cause I couldn’t sleep so I had no energy to get to the gym. On to tomorrow.

    @brandi_84, nice loss making baby steps helps to stay focus!

    @abowersgirl, I totally feel YOUR pain, Thurs - Sun are tough for me too! Working out 8 days straight is a win in my book! You have nothing to feel guilty about honey, your doing a fabulous job. That few pounds WILL come off, you have this girlfriend!!

    @HASWLRS I am going to have to bow out for awhile. I don't think it is fair to the team for me to hang around when I know I am not loosing.

    Once we get this medical problem figured out I will ask to rejoin the team.

    Just a hard day overall. Stayed to plan with calories but too exhausted to move around much, let alone workout. Tomorrow’s another day. Let’s see what I can make happen then.

    @swauters I feel your pain in being tired and being laughed at. Last 2 nights I fell asleep in my daughters room at 7pm. I went in to get things ready for bed time later and laid down for “just a minute”. I woke up to my 4 and 8 year old poking me and laughing :)

    Hey guys! I'm on time this week!
    The semester started yesterday, which I'm actually not mad about. I'm much better about food and exercise this way. Of course, I've only been to one real class, so I might eat my words :D

    Last week: 167.9
    This week: 165.4

    Calories: Yes, well within after exercise
    Exercise: Yes! 2 X 20 minute walks and various other bits in between, stairs maxed out today and it'll probably up it tomorrow 😋.
    Day: No essays today (thus far) but I burned over 2300 calories in exercise so massive win! Gym induction tomorrow and I'm scared they'll think I'm just another January gym-goer. I'll have to prove them wrong 😂

    Small win of the day:
    Apparently I’ve gotten fit enough that my Fitbit doesn’t auto recognize 30 minutes of chopping wood as an active time. Use to come up all the time. No more. Which is pretty cool :)

    Yes. I have ran two of their previous 5k races and I use the app when I run. It makes it more fun. You should sign up for the race.

    Exercise: (Taught a Zumba class in the evening, walked, and then shoveled snow!)

    I've been having the hardest time staying on track. I don't know why. I was able to lose 150lbs and I was SO focused. I KNOW how to lose weight, but I just keep sabotaging myself. I keep eating things and not tracking them. I'm back on track and starting again, but it's still frustrating.
