Exercised: Yes - 4 hours working in the yard. Moved a few thousand pounds of logs from one side of the property to the other. Used a trailer but still a lot of walking, picking up and putting down of 20-100 pound logs. Still have double what I did today to move. All a small part of a large yard renovation plan

Small win of the day:
Drank a lot of water while working outside. Usually don’t stay too hydrated on yard work days. Did good today.

The slow start to the week I had Sun/Mon probably hurt, although I am still happy to have a loss. 12.7 lbs to lose in 6 weeks before vacation is my goal. That is gonna be tough and I may not hit it but I’m gonna fight for it.
The good news is I have no plans with anyone this weekend so I can make every proper decision I need to. And now that my teams season is done I have no excuse to have an extra cheat night during football4 -

Once we get this medical problem figured out I will ask to rejoin the team.

Hi, gang. Obviously, I am back home. I didn't venture very far from the hotel (it was cold, and I realized I really didn't want to on my own) so my husband and I will be returning to Montreal, just the two of us, in the near future! We did see a good hockey game though, and enjoyed business class train travel immensely! I have a lot to do today, but I wanted to get caught up with weigh-ins. There have been some impressive ones this week so far!!1

Today was my rest day.
I went over my calorie goal by 100 today but thats because i didn't work out. I honestly wanted to work out and felt the drive to but I think my body needs one day off a week. Im back to the gym in the morning.3 -
